teaching style:
live classes taught in the style of vinyasa, a strong flow class, designed to build full-body strength, stretch with the power of linking breath with movement. classes typically move to music with a heart-centered intention. 
everyday is a chance to show up on your mat, as your are, and live wildly present. let your mat be a safe space for you to be you. whether you come for the strong abs, to center yourself with breath, heal yourself or dive into deep connection with loving yourself, let this practice guide you in any way that you are called. it is a never-ending practice for life.
this practice is simple: be yourself. i truly the believe in the power of holding space supporting you to connect with yourself deeply. let us honor each other by showing up and loving ourselves so we may show up big, brave, and loving for others along this journey we call "life."
